Travel Handmade with The Sewing Summit

Welcome to day four of Travel Handmade, we sure hope you are enjoying these daily roundups!  Today is all about electronic bags! Things like cell phones, cameras, iPods, eReaders, iPads, and/or laptops sure help make travel time fly by, and most of us can’t travel with out them!  So, why not have some pretty handmade bags for them all?

There are SO many great free tutorials out there to spruce up your electronics!  You can follow the tutorials as is, or add some fun details to make it your own.  Things like embroidery, hand-stitching, colorful zippers, and quilting (like straight-line quilting!) can easily make a pouch one of a kind!

Now head on over to Amy’s blog, Amy’s Creative Side to see an adorable iPad pouch!  She has put together a great (and easy to follow!) tutorial for all of you–and all you need are a few scraps!

Next, inspiration photos, free tutorials and pattern roundup! :)
